SERVICES PROVIDED BY SUNOO

Types of Content

The Sunoo app offers two content categories:

Free Content

• Accessible without subscription or charges but user needs to create account.
• Includes live streams .
• Sunoo app may offer original content for free at its discretion.

Premium Content

• Exclusive to subscribers via auto-renewing subscription.
• Includes talks, podcasts, and web series.
• Pricing, availability, and features may change without prior notice.

SERVICE OPTIONS

Sunoo provides a secure platform for audio/video streaming without data solicitation.

• Free Services: Basic features available to all users.
• Premium Services: Require payment; includes third-party integrations (terms governed by providers).
• Service classifications (Free/Premium) may change at Sunoo’s discretion. Users accept no entitlement to refunds for reclassified content.

Unlimited Service:

• Availability varies by user. Discontinued subscriptions may not be reactivated. Sunoo reserves the right to terminate this service.

TRIALS

• Eligibility: One trial per account. Subsequent requests are invalid.
• Terms: Trials convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled 24 hours before trial ends. For trials under 7 days, users forfeit withdrawal rights post-trial.

THIRD-PARTY INTEGRATIONS

• Sunoo may integrate with third-party apps/devices. Compatibility not guaranteed.
• Users assume full responsibility for third-party terms and compliance.

CONTENT LICENSING

• User-generated or Sunoo content may be licensed to third parties.
• Licensing terms are modifiable by Sunoo without notice.

CONTENT OWNERSHIP

• Subscriptions grant limited, non-commercial access.
• Reproduction, distribution, or modification without written consent is prohibited.

SERVICE MODIFICATIONS

• Services may experience interruptions for maintenance, legal updates, or improvements.
• Discontinued prepaid subscriptions are refunded proportionally.

ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

• Users must safeguard login credentials. Report unauthorized access immediately.
• Sunoo may reclaim or modify usernames.

PAYMENTS & CANCELLATIONS

• Billing: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the cycle ends.
• Price Changes: Users notified in advance; continued use implies acceptance.
• Refunds: Only for unused prepaid periods if Sunoo discontinues a service.
